Grounds Maintenance
We have the knowledgeable and credentialed crews to oversee and maintain complete government property landscapes. The safety concerns, esthetic interests, and environmental needs of each property are incorporated into the property maintenance management.
Trucks receive a regimented, daily equipment checklist and safety inspection before they leave our facilities. Uniformed crews are provided with unique onboard restrooms and consistantly upgraded equipment for improved safety, fuel efficiency, and sound reduction. We strive to reduce our footprint on the environment.
Maintenance services include Landscape edging, weeding, cleaning, mulching, pruning and trimming, turf care and renovation, irrigation maintenance, and much more!
Seasonal Plantings
With large amounts of pedestrian traffic flowing continually through Washington, the addition of seasonal flowers placed at buildings adds welcoming color around sidewalks and entrances.
Growers are constantly coming up with new varieties of seasonal flowers and bulbs. Each season can bring a new selection of colors and textures that can be planted in large urns and pots in and around elaborate fountains and outdoor seating areas. The combinations and colors are endless.
We create sweeping arrangements that keep the grounds visually interesting and appealing to all passing traffic. Our goal is to create a relaxed atmosphere in highly mobile urban areas, while keeping plantings consistently fresh throughout the seasons.
Snow Removal
Snow plowing and removal is offered only to our Governmental, Institutional and Commercial clients. These are annual contracts and additions to existing Grounds Maintenance contracts.
Our fleet of crews and trucks will be available to service your designated areas in a timely manner to clear and remove accumulated snow pack down to the pavement. We clear parking lots, ramps to parking garages, entrances and exits to parking facilities, sidewalks and any areas where foot and vehicle traffic are located. We also provide the snow melt agents to clear slick areas for pedestrian traffic and areas where water may accumulate and refreeze after plowing.
