I started working for Shorb Landscaping in 1996. Since then this company has been like a family to me. The owner John, always worries about his employees. He has given me a lot of training and knowledge to do the best quality of work. I have the skills needed to provide quality service to our clients.
For more than 27 years I have had the opportunity to work at Shorb Landscaping. When I first started, I had no experience in the industry or any knowledge of landscaping. Thanks to John, I was given the opportunity to receive training, education, and earn certifications in landscaping, irrigation, pesticide use, and others. I’ve also seen other company employees receive similar training and education that has allowed them to grow in the company. They are also 20+ year employees. I am proud to be a part of this company, and although there are other opportunities or possibly more pay in other places, I know that no other company be better to me than Shorb Landscaping.
The first thing I noticed from day one is Shorb Landscaping cares about their employees. All the employees are very kind and considerate when you have questions and need help.
